I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the wonderful family picnic that Harbor Haven hosted for your residents and families. Everything was just perfect! The food was great. The theme and decorations (even in the elevator) really made the event fun. The centerpiece flowers were adorable. The cute ribbon on the flowers really tied the whole theme together. The music outside was so good. They could really sing! Your staff was so friendly and accommodating. I saw them interacting and dancing with the residents. Your staff has a hard job. They need to know they do make a difference for many families. I know we are forever thankful to all of you.

There are a lot of really super nice aides and nurses, activity staff are very sweet and nice, and the therapy is excellent! As far as therapy, you can’t find a better group of people; they made you feel like you were the only one they were taking care of. That is an excellent department.
